Yes, we do require a 20% deposit upon booking any service with Optimal Shine. The deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted off the final balance.

The cost of our services depends on the type of cleaning service you require, the size of your home, and the frequency of cleaning. Please contact us for a free quote.
Yes, all of our cleaners are fully insured and bonded for your protection and peace of mind.
We offer both bespoke and standard cleaning contracts. Clients always have a say as to what is and isn't included in their cleaning contract along with the frequency, that being every week, 2 weeks or monthly! Contact us if you want to discuss this further!

Our cleaning hours differ from our office hours. Our cleaning hours are Monday, Wednesday. Thursday, Friday 8am - 4pm and Saturday 9am - 1pm. However if any of these don't suit you, drop us a message and we will see what we can do!
